Mark McNamee was raised in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming where he gained a broad knowledge of both farming and ranching operations.  In 1997, Mark graduated from World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa and later that same year embarked on his real estate career.  Since that time he has assisted both buyers and sellers in several farm and ranch real estate transactions in addition to multiple farm/ranch equipment and livestock auctions.  Mark's versatility in all facets of farm and ranch marketing, including single and multi-parcel real estate auctions, has created the opportunity to provide his clients one stop shopping when considering all their real estate, equipment, and livestock liquidation needs.  Mark, his wife, DeAnn, and his daughter, Jordyn, live in Laramie, Wyoming where he operates the Laramie branch of Clark & Associates Land Brokers as well as Mark McNamee Land & Auction Company.  His memberships and affiliations include the National Association of Realtors, the Wyoming Association of Realtors, the National Auctioneers Association, the Wyoming Auctioneers Association, and the Albany County Fair Board.

In order to better serve his real estate clients, in 2009 Mark attended the necessary courses provided by the National Auctioneer Association to obtain his AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate) designation.  The knowledge gained through this course enables Mark to provide his clients with a broader knowledge base in all facets of real estate auction from advertisement and preparation to financial evaluation of commercial and agricultural properties to dividing properties in to several parcel and offering them in different combinations in order to maximize the return on each clients investment while allowing all buyers to make purchases that appeal to them.

Occasionally, Mark conducts auctions with his brother, Michael McNamee, as McNamee Brothers Auctions.  Since 1997, Mark McNamee Land & Auction, LLC and McNamee Brothers Auctions have assisted our clients in selling large excavation equipment, farm equipment, registered livestock, and antiques.  In addition, we have successfully sold at auction both single parcel and multi-parcel real estate.  With a self contained, portable office and sound truck in addition to top of the line stationary sound systems we are able to effectively handle all your equipment, real estate, and livestock auction needs in a variety of on site or off site locations.

It is our belief that advertising is the key to any successful auction.  We maintain a mailing list of over 4,000 past buyers which has proven invaluable when making contact with buyers that will be looking for the type of merchandise that you will be selling.  Your sale flier will also be available on our website for potential buyers from around the world to download and view.  In addition, we have developed a working relationship with a group of publications that assist us in advertising all types of auctions.  Our list of advertising publications includes, but is not limited to:
